I wanted to purchase a new construction home and was extremely frustrated with 
the information
I found online. I happened to come across the Adrian Team website and ended up 
talking to 
Andreas for some time. When I came to Vegas, he showed me all parts of town, the 
various subdivisions and I ended up purchasing a property with Andreas directly 
from the builder. In California I used to buy directly from the builder, without 
Realtors, however, my experience with Andreas has me totally convinced that I 
will use an agent from now on in CA as well, rather than dealing with the 
builder directly. Andreas helped me choose a better lot and saved me money 
because he knew that the builder offered thousands of Dollars in free upgrades, 
which the builder did not offer me and only gave to me after Andreas mentioned 
the special offer he knew about. Yes, I will use Andreas again, and Yes I will

My experience with Mr. Adrian has been one of the most pleasant experiences in 
finding a home on short notice from out of state.

Mr. Adrian was so patient in taking us around (with a 6mo old baby in tow)to 
find us a home with only a window of one week.  He spent four days with us, non 
stop - until we found the right place.  Then, his follow-up with the legal 
documents and the Realtor involved was unlike anything I have ever experienced.  
Even after settling in, when a problem arose, Mr. Adrian was right there to get 
the problem resolved.

Mr. Adrian is a respectful Professional, Gentleman, well educated and extremely
