During this 5-minute segment of the show Andreas Adrian, Susan Farrow of Republic Mortgage and TV Host Rich Newman talked about real estate investments, European investors and how to invest in real estate while avoiding investing in the current stock market.

One of the topics was on how to invest in real estate using as little as $5,000 - $7,000 as a down payment and obtaining an investment loan through Republic Mortgage.
