Congratulations to Kirk. He realized his business goal to have his business located on a major intersection in Las Vegas. Andreas' listing was easily visible from all four street corners and roadways. Congratulations to Patricia and her family. To some buyers, having a place of their own is most important, compared to renting. Congratulations to M & M, the lucky couple who purchased this beautiful 2-story home in ever booming Southwest Las Vegas area across from Spanish Trails. Selecting a home at the end of a cul-de-sac and a large balcony with views to the mountains in the East and West was a perfect choice to raise their little daughter.

Congratulations to Hasir and Semsa. After their first home appreciated nicely in the first year after purchasing it from Andreas, they turned the appreciation into profit and invested in a much larger and even nicer home. And what a good deal they got this time. Close to brandnew community park, schools and hospitals.

Congratulations to Vejsil and Ismeta. After paying rent for years on an apartment, it was time to turn that rent money into equity on a great house, in Las Vegas' booming Southwest area. Close to schools and hospitals.

Congratulations to Marina. Acting as a guardian for an incapacitated ward she just closed on a great townhouse. Some real estate transactions are smooth and some are more challenging.
